A strategic, student-centered approach to college admissions success.
Success in college admissions comes down to three things: careful planning, informed strategy, and a compelling application.
As a former communications executive, school-based college counselor, and now independent educational advisor, I’ve helped hundreds of students gain admission to the college of their dreams by sharpening their personal narratives and highlighting their unique strengths. Let me help you.
Planning
From curriculum selection, to researching schools, to nailing the essays — it all starts with a plan.
Strategy
Admissions success involves a series of strategic choices. I can help you make the right ones.
Making The Case
The college application is a student’s “case” for admission. What story are you telling?
My Approach
For the past several years, I’ve guided hundreds of students and families — each with their own unique needs — through the challenges of the college admission process. As a former communications executive and journalist, I’ve enjoyed helping students highlight their individual strengths through the application essays and supplements. My experience as a high school advisor and teacher has been invaluable in motivating students to stay on track and meet their deadlines. Above all, I strive to tailor my approach to the individual student and family.
